She chose a volatile planet orbiting the star Eltanin in the Earth constellation: Draco. It's atmosphere was sufficiently disruptive to serve as a backdrop for her purposes, as well as offering adequate interference to scans and sensors. It didn't take overlong for her to build an Earth norm containment for herself and her "guest".
She left the walls somewhat transparent. All the better for them to appreciate the view of the wild lightning storms, scorching winds and the various eruptions caused by the shifts generated by the dying sun's release of gases.
She certainly appreciates the view, inside and out, and she pauses for a few moments to simply look at Hal, backdropped by the planet's nature.
