Oracle has been monitoring the situation in Metropolis curiously. Supergirl is .... Well, to be fair, Oracle isn't entirely certain what /this/ Supergirl /is/ other than present here and now. There is a notification sent to all of the parties who should know due to familial ties and a few others who are on the 'need to know' list.
