Can't help but notice the change in her eyes. He knows this isn't what she wanted. This isn't the help she was looking for. But this is what she needs, like it or not.

He doesn't offer another word as she turns and walks away. Despite what she just said... it feels like a bridge was burned here.

Probably better off that way.
