The flashbulbs are an added annoyance and she doesn't have the energy to chase them away. At least not yet. If they're still around once Bruce is admitted, she's going to start screaming. The nurse who tries to take her away from him gets an ear full. She's fine. The bleeding is staunched and she'll be just fine.
