While most people would just buy a plane ticket and fly normally to Metropolis, or any other city, for that matter, Selina Kyle is not most people. She is still, no matter what else, Bruce Wayne's fiance. This means she can get on a few other planes and jets that most people cannot access.

Thus, she's easily able to get onto a mostly private jet headed to Metropolis with little problem. It is a short flight - up and down again within just over an hour. Leaning back in the seat, she kicks off her shoes and closes her eyes. It will be nice to have some time to herself.

"You're telling me you haven't worn one before? For some reason, I find that hard to believe." With him here, she'll likely be able to actually sleep on the plane ride - a few more hours of sleep than she's been able to get easily in awhile.

"I figure we can change around the teleprompter or something as amusing. The hotel, of course, will be where we stay. Everything else, though, well, there are a lot of Luthor's secrets to be had and sold.

"A Lady doesn't kiss and tell."

She'll sleep, and he'll rest easy knowing that she's sleeping. As easy as rest ever comes to him, anyway.

Her eyes close, leaning back into the seat, still holding onto his hand.

"Not since we switched, anyway. Who knows, maybe I learned something then."

He grips hers, but not too tightly. Just enough to be reassuring.

"Oh, I'm certain you learned a lot more than I wanted you to learn about ladies and myself specifically." At some point, she might well ask him if he actually did get around to .... anything. Some part of her wants to know in a slightly desperate sort of way.

"And I don't even want to think about what you got up to with mine. I mean, just thinking about being touched like that by - "

He catches himself just in time--or more honestly, not nearly early enough.

"Well, it just wasn't fun."

"Hey, I didn't do anything. I woke up next to a woman who was more than ready and willing and it was not simple walking out of there ..." Selina re-opens her eyes and looks at him through the narrow openings.

"And I'm a lot of fun."

"You are at that, pet. Would I be here otherwise?"

No comments on the thought of Selina and Bea--in whatever body. Nor on the sort of nighttime visions THAT'S gonna give him.

"I don't know, luv. You work in mysterious ways, all fancy and shadowy." She does a really decent impression of his accent, wearing an approximation of his usual sneer. It looks different and yet the same on her face.

His own face contorts slightly, to take on her bemused expression and his body even adopts a more slinky pose. It's a very Catwoman sight.

"As I recall, you tend to work fancy and shadowy yourself."

"You might have a point there but there isn't much mysterious about my work and you should really go with that look." There is a pause where she's somewhere between both looks, an odd combination, "I'm sure it'd work for you."

There is a glance to the stewardess as she goes past.

"Sorry love, but I haven't worn a catsuit in years, and the only one who saw it is 'straight' now."

The smirk is more his own this time, that teasing expression that says there's a story he won't be telling.

"Wasn't saying you should. Just saying you'd have a decent chance here." Her fingers rethread between his and she leans her head back, pulling her legs up into the seat with her. "Just let me know if you want to go for it."

Challenging to read the message she's sending with her words and her actions being so opposed.

John has made some colossal mistakes in his life, and there's not a doubt in his mind that this will one day be on that list. Still, he isn't saying no.

With that, Selina closes her eyes. She may or may not get any sleep on this flight. It is completely insane, however, that the chances she will have increased with Constantine's presence in the seat next to her.
