Oh boy, Captain freakin Nazi. This guy was powerful for sure. He was also a walking parade of ego and crazy fanatic ideology. That spelled trouble for an operation like this.
It might be that Cam was about to set himself up for a grade A ass beating, but this realy had to be dealt with now if he was going to join 'Team Smash'... because Espionage wasn't his thing and while he was a good organizer, it was a boring deal in the long run.
"Hi, I hate to interrupt and I honestly have nothing but respect for you my employers but I need to do this now."
Standing up, he gives Shrapnel a subtle look. The big metal guy was the only one of the hopefuls that gave him a sense of professional confidence so far. He might back Cam or he might not. It didn't hurt to fish there though, given what he was about to do.
Icicle pointed at Captain Nazi. Inside he began martialing all of his power. So much so, that the average temperature in the room began to drop a little unintentionally. This was gonna be potentially painful.
"You're going to be answering to me Herr Captain, kay? I know we have to prove ourselves per our employer's requirements and I'm very cool with that, but lets make sure that you, Cowboy dude over there and our other brothers and sisters in the Supervillain gig understand this.
I'm a professional. Our employer's agenda comes FIRST. We don't screw it up with whining about getting beaten up by Batman, 'cause it's gonna happen. Deal with it. We don't trip on ego about who gets to lead who. We're PAID. We follow orders.
I can tell right now, you and your ego can't deal with that, so we're going to settle this now. So do we throw down, or do you fall in line?"
It sure beats waiting around, hoping to get noticed at least.
