When it rings it pours.

She's restless, which is normal. She's been cleaning some more, which is driving John insane. She should have gone to a certain wedding, but she just couldn't bring herself to face so many of them just yet. She's fairly certain Dinah went. On one hand, she admires her friend for her bravery. On the other, she thinks Dinah's crazy.
More people know now what happened to her. What Light did. She isn't comfortable with that. It makes her even less inclined to leave the house, answer the phone which is now ringing at her, making her jump a mile and toss the feather duster into the air.
She stares accusingly at the phone as it continues to ring at her, eventually picking it up.
Her voice is hesitant and quiet, not at all the Zee that was. "Shadowcrest."
