jla_watchtowerKilowog's been busy on Oa, getting the training facilities set up once again... rebuilding the Corps from scratch... he simultaneously dreads it and can't wait for it. Eager to get his mitts dirty again with all the rookie poozers, but things can't be the same since Parallax.
He's just charged up his ring again when he starts sensing some weird static. Only a handful of ringbearers at the moment, so there's some sensitivity in certain cases... so he sends a message through the ring back to them, just to make sure.
