In San Francisco, things are torrential
Jesse Quick has sent out the APB.
But right now, Titans Tower is on fire in half a dozen places, and the torrential storm overhead isn't stopping the fires nearly enough. Lightning sizzles through the sky, and well over a dozen flying figures soar around the Tower, surveilling it and occasionally blasting it with something. Many more are on the ground and in the Tower itself - parts of the Tower explode periodically as the violence escalates.
The Tower is under siege, and the Titans are fighting a losing battle.
But things change, and Weather Wizard turns his head and sees:
Incoming!

This is getting old, fast. She needs breathing space. Teeth are gritted, hair is pushed back, glare firmly in place, free hand thrust out in front of her.

That'll hold for a few minutes at least while she gets her bearings.

Confidence, Zee! She begins to shiver but that won't affect her will to defense, just the speech.
She glares towards Killing Frost and summons an elemental.

Water splashes up and coalesces into a feminine - and psychotic - form. One jet of water starts torrentially dousing the elemental; the other, sprinkling water on Clayface, starting to reliquify him.

She starts running towards Killing Frost at full tilt, intending on bowling for icicles.

She makes sure the elemental is dealing with Killer Frost before heading to help elsewhere.

And does so when the bubble finally hits something and bursts, leaving her to slam a little less hard into it but hard enough to stun her.

"PLEH!!" She forces the mystic call out in hopes someone is nearby then gets clocked across the head, nose streaming blood.
