Hal makes his way to the Watchtower on a streak of emerald light - slowing down to turn back and glance at the little blue-green world that is the Justice League's charge. Using the ring, he passes through the hull of the Watchtower superstructure, the security scanners within recognizing his presence.

He steps up to the doors of the secure meeting room - hoping he's not the last one to arrive - and speaks his security code for voiceprint verification.

"Green Lantern 2814.1 - Oscar, Charlie, Tango, Five, Niner."

The door opens, admitting him to the room.
