International espionage... not Kathy's usual problem to deal with, to be honest. She could call the other Morrigan -- Roxy and Hawkgirl -- but this seems to need a degree of subtlety that, unfortunately, the other two don't manage well.

Of course, the obvious solution stares her in the face. This is in Gotham. There's someone well known for his subtlety here in Gotham... but he's a complete ass. There's no way that Kathy will go to him for help.

Thankfully, he's not the only one in town she can go to for help...

"I can't just call Hawkgirl," she replies, a little testy, "We don't all know each other's numbers."

"Really," she says, meeting the tone. "I'd think your boss has everyone's shower wiretapped, he'd at least have the number for the police department in St. Roch. They can verify."
