The accusation may have been enough. The debate over capital punishment in the United States, and the world has raged through its inception. Just what do you do with a killer?

Especially if there's no body. This is the situation that has been presented for Lex Luthor. After his arrival in the Daily Planet's lobby, he's been held in a high-security area off-shore from Metropolis

Presently, its a holding area in S.T.A.R labs. Lex is being kept in a prototype cell, surrounded by two inch-thick shatterproof glass, and the barest of ameneties. Its also a completely blacked-out area for his view. The severity of his accusation, and claims make him unsuitable for any normal prison, or meta-human holding area.

So it's just Luthor, and apparently, his latest visitors.
