The place looked like a dump from the outside. The inside however...ok it looked like a dump too. The location was perfect however. Crime heavy neighborhood, poor lighting, and a number of city service tunnels ran underneath the property. It was the ideal spot for what he had in mind.
Tim poked one of the beams. The rotten wood practically gave like a crumbling sponge at his finger pressure.
"How are you with a hammer?"

He gestured emphatically at the decrepit surroundings.
"THIS place is perfect. Crappy neighborhood. Abandoned buildings on both sides. The police never come around after dark. Nobody in city hall is going to even look at a place like this when permit audits happen. It's gonna be awesome!"

He looked around again.
"We're going to have to rip out like half of the support structures. I can deal with that, but this is going to be lots of work you know. You can't just super speed your way through a project like this. I'm not Bart or the Flash. My kinda speed can take it's toll on delicate stuff like wood and steel."

They had their work to do.
