jla_watchtowerIt's been a frustrating few hours. He's exhausted every hideout, lair, and safehouse the JLA has on record for Light. He's checked a few of the Injustice Gang's old lairs, too. Now he's changing tacks.
Light has a vendetta against the JLA? Given his twisted mind, he might use one of their old bases to hole up in. And there's more than a few.
So now Green Arrow finds himself standing outside his old apartment building. This was where he lived -- and worked out of -- after he lost the mansion. Times do change. From the looks of it (and in an attack of black irony, given what happened in the kitchen here on a night Ollie would rather forget), the building is being used as a crack-house.
"I don't have time for this," the man in green thinks, moving more quietly than most would credit up the fire escape, to a familiar window, now painted black. "Here goes." The foot goes through the window, followed by the Emerald Archer.
