It was a simple matter to cast the pseudo-EMP pulse to kill the power - simpler still to render the majority of the guards inert.
She then communicated telepathically to the inmates. Cause chaos. Kill any hero you see. Get to New Orleans. There will be transportation there. And money. Significant money.
It was so easy to motivate such as these.
One more spell to allow many of them to get their gear - and then all the Three needed to do was wait.

Date: 2006-11-19 06:50 am (UTC)Tefe turns away with blood all over her hands and lets the claws slip away into fingers.
She's lost her clothing and a large chunk of land to the explosion but her skin is whole and unmarked again and her hair once again is long enough to brush mid back. She looks decidedly out of place in the burned out circle next to the slashed and nearly dead Heat Wave.
If there's anyone else nearby they might want to rethink coming anywhere near her.
