Files have been uploaded or otherwise distributed. Weapons have been assigned as needed, and most of the flight to Nepal is behind them.

Special Agent Anderson's voice comes over the transport's comm as they reach the last leg of the flying end of their journey.

"All right, folks, you're on approach for your destination. If there are any questions, now would be time...uh...before you enter into the dead zone."

A green glow springs up around Arisia as she prepares.

The Blackhawk banks the craft around. Turbulence has made the ride a little more rocky than she'd like. "Buckle up, kids, we're headin' in."

Cassie's been quiet, as usual. It sort of comes from being the youngest one there.

Plus, she doesn't want to have to tell Plastic Man off if he starts to go on about her age again.

Which he probably will.

Plaz is sitting tight in his seat.

And he's also doubling as the seat belts for both Arisia and Wonder Girl, subtly. Doing his damnedest to quietly get a peek at Wunderkindz wallet to check age... she's a hot tamale, but he's got standards, all legal and above-board, and they just won't freakin' TELL him...

Still, distract from any of that.

"Why hasn't Anthony Michael Hall been investigated for steroids yet?"

Arisia noticed the different seat belt when she activated her ring but she doesn't seem to mind at all. In fact, she pats the belt lightly, almost comforting.

Cassie doesn't notice - she's too lost in thought to realize that he might be acting as a seatbelt. After all, it's not like she's really been on a team with Plastic Man before.

But if he's looking for an ID with her age on it, he's not going to find it. The only form of ID she has is her Teen Titans card.

"Convenient. I'd love to get a full sensor suite in here to analyze this interference.."

"Full Sensor Suite? Is that in D-Minor?"

Damn Titans ID - useless! A perfectly hot broad might be going un-sleazed-upon!

A head pops up from the belt on Arisia's shoulder.

"See, that was a highbrow fancy joke. Yeah, I've seen Victor Borge."

It's right about then that the power starts going on the fritz, the lights in the craft flickering rapidly before going out. Zinda reaches into her flight jacket pocket, and withdraws a large compass -- a relic in of itself, but it's a good luck charm and it's never failed her yet. "Switchin' to manual control... it's gonna get a li'l bumpy back there, so hold tight!" The plane is older than most -- at her own insistence. Beneath them, there's the familiar ga-chunk of the landing gear coming down.

"Let me know if you need any help with that Zinda." Far be it for Arisia to step in to bring the plane down unless she has to. She doesn't know how well the Lantern energies will work here. She's holding onto the belt as the plane starts to shift, as if she might disengage it.

Cassie, for her part, does hold tight.

"I might not be as strong as Diana, but if you need me to fly out and help steady the plane, let me know," Cassie says. "I might be able to help."

The Blackhawk's face, profiled in stark relief against the white-clouded skies outside the cockpit, gives her expression of concentration an eerie cast. "Will do, sug." She's landed without power before. Granted, the plane usually wasn't so well off afterwards, but the point was she'd made it in one piece. It makes keeping the nose up a little more difficult. Time to test that upper-arm strength as she battles the elements and the plane's own tendency to dip nose first.

The fact that the plane is an older model, therefore not reliant on technology, is probably in her favor. Those older birds were designed for the occassional power outage. It's rough to say the least, mostly due to the natural distubances caused by the mountains, but it's managable.

Anyone looking at just the right time as they approach their target destination will notice a suspicious looking bare spot about half way up the mountain that is their target before altitude and direction obscures the view. The scar looked recent and unnatural.

Eel glances out the window, figuring whatever that is will make a prime spot to start investigating.

"I could hop out back to give us a drag chute, too! Or maybe a giant Temperpedic Mattress to land on! It won't even knock down a glass of wine!"

"If you go out there, I'd have to do my Shatner. And nobody wants to hear my Shatner."

Beetle's being quieter than usual - running some diagnostics on the robot's systems, to make sure the shielding is sufficiently protecting it from the interference.

After giving Plastic Man a disturbed look when he brought up chutes and mattresses, Cassie turns to Blue Beetle. "Besides, running around saying Denny Crane is something that seems more like what Plastic Man would do," Cassie says, staring out the window. Yeah. Cassie knows all about Wendy the Werewolf Stalker, but she knows nothing about Star Trek.

She runs a hand through her lustrous blonde locks casually. She isn't terribly worried - being the daughter of the king of the Greek pantheon has tempered her fear of severe injury somewhat, but she knows that not everyone on the plane is imbued with her abilities.

Eel's head snaps over to Wondy.

"THERE'S A MAN ON THE WING OF THIS PLANE! Twilight Zone! CLASSIC!"

Then a disapproving look. "There's no way you're legal. Tell you what, next time you cozy up to Superboy or whoever to watch a movie, rent something that came out BEFORE Britney Spears got famous, will you please?"

"I...what?!" Cassie blinks. "First, I don't even like Britney Spears. And for another thing, I've watched plenty of old movies that came out before she ever started trying to sing and become the next Madonna or the next Tiffany. Like...Casablanca, or Breakfast at Tiffany's, or..." she trails off and arches an eyebrow. "You enjoy annoying people don't you?"
