Last Call at Chaney's

The doors are flung wide open and all of the lights are on.

A familiar form leans up against the bar, a pint glass held loosely in one hand.

Chaney's is open for business for two special reasons tonight -- firstly, to collect funds for rebuilding Metropolis.

But also to give the heroes a chance to relax and unwind, before what's bound to be a tough fight.

And Grace Choi is back to bartend.

"Cash only tonight, ladies and gentlemen. Everything goes to get our town back up and running. So drink up!"

Mia was always glad that Ollie truly valued what she offered for input, even if he did tend to treat her like a little kid sometimes. "I know that, but the Titans are always there for me." She was still nervous about him knowing her name, "What if he figures out who I really am?"

The un-costumed Killer Moth's ears perk up. He didn't mean to eavesdrop, but...with what he does now, its much easier to make allies than enemies. Especially at a time like this.

He turns to face Ollie and Mia, setting down his screwdriver that is much more of the latter than the former. "Merlyn?...You wouldn't mean...Art King would you?"

"Get you gentlemen anything?" It's almost like she can sense when there's tension in her bar, and if there's anything that Grace dislikes, it's tension in the bar.

"'Course, the term 'gentleman' might be a term used for folks who ain't the two of you." She's grinning widely and has one arm slung around each man's shoulder, pulling them closer.

"We got some nice stuff in this week, Arrow. Some sweet Irish whisky, would go down nice and smooth.

As long as you pay up, of course." The glass in his hand has been snagged and disposed of while she was speaking.

Grace is usually quick at picking up when someone is checking her out, and this time is no different.

So she takes a moment to do her own checking out, slowly moving her gaze down his body and back up to his face.

"Private drink, eh? I don't see why not."

"Don't tip over too soon there, Arrow. You'll know where ta find me after the big to-do, right? I'm sure we can find somethin' for you to try." With a wink, she moves on to the next group of drinkers.

"We love you too, Gracie." He makes a mocking kissy-face before putting his hands up.

"Greene Knight? Well, nobody ever said the man didn't live the gimmick. G.A. Wayne was next up to bat probably." He sets down his drink and offers a handshake. "I don't think we ever met...you know, outside the jobs. Cameron Van Cleer, its a pleasure."

"One thing about that line of work? Nobody's really friends. Some are closer than others, like Cold and the Keystone boys, but beyond that? Its more of a code. Besides, if everyone was doing it, who'd we take down?"
